We attended the 2nd Annual Ugly Sweater Party a few weeks ago. I was not as prepared as I was last year as I made my sweater. I was a bit more creative then. This year, I decided to just buy a sweater. I went on the hunt at Target and of course Target delivered. 🙂 It wasn’t so much a sweater as it was a funny shirt.

Carl’s sweater wasn’t so much ugly as it was funny because he looked like he just got off the ski slopes. His nickname for the night was “Aspen” and his phase was “I only drink the finest wine” in one of his goofy voices. haha

Our host and hostess were amazing as always. They provide a great friendship, a spread of good food and laughs that make your belly hurt the next day. It was a smaller gathering as the weather was a little unpredictable. (Thank you midwest)

I made a single batch of buffalo chicken dip (AKA: crack dip) and a cheese ball. I am glad I only made a single batch as we took our leftovers home.
