We took one night off from juicing, I was not feeling well; however, I felt so guilty and felt like something was missing from my new routine. I must say I was super excited the next night to juice!
- 4 peeled oranges
- 2 peeled kiwis
- 6 strawberries
- Big handful of spinach
- 2 apples
Our finished product of our morning juice. We both really like this one. It was light and refreshing, I would like to try it with cucumber to add more vegetable.
- 2 peeled oranges
- 1/2 peeled lemon
- 1/2 red pepper
- 3 celery stalks
- 4 carrots
- 1 (1 inch) piece of peeled ginger
Our finished lunch product. It was very good and didn’t notice the celery too much. Thank goodness, still can’t shake the celery taste.
Here is a great picture of Carl juicing. Our juice #7 is the first drink that Carl got to use the juicer. I figured I could share, it is a lot of fun to juice and someone of a stress reliever; I know I am weird, I appreciate Carl’s encouragement, willing and openness to juice with me. It is more fun to have someone to juice with and share their likes and dislikes of the juices and flavors. Oh and helps to stay motivated. Thanks honey for juicing with me! 🙂
Our juice jars and I just use a white board marker to label which jar is which. Love the idea. 🙂
We are having dinner guests tomorrow night and I am going to try a “cocktail” juice-its a juice drink and then you can add rum, vodka and gin. Stay tuned for the party juice!
TGIF.
