I really enjoyed both juices today. I did not have to crinkle my face at either one. I have noticed that my breakfast juices are similar with ingredients. I am going to check out the peaches, nectarines or plums at Costco to see what other fun drinks I can create.
Breakfast Juice #19
- 1 peeled grapefruit
- 2 peeled oranges
- big handful of spinach
- big handful of strawberries
- 2 carrots
- few sprigs of mint

I enjoy this morning drink because it is super light, tasty and looks good.

Lunch Juice #20– WHAT?! Juice #20 already, I enjoy it so much!
- 3 stalks of kale
- handful of spinach
- 2 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 orange
- 1 green apple
Finished Juice # 20. This Green Machine was much better than the day before, that juice was very tart. This one was a tad bit sweeter.

Carl has a goofy schedule tomorrow, I decided to juice once and I will take both jars. so I will have only one juice tomorrow for both breakfast and lunch. It is the same as Breakfast Juice #17 minus the red apple.

Aren’t you adding yourt or almond milk or ice cubes?
I don’t add milk or ice cubes as we store them in the refrigerator over night and they are cold and go into travel mugs. I have cut back a bit on milk intake. If I have yogurt it’s on the side versus in it. I do have smoothie recipes for it, just haven’t tried them yet.
