Breakfast Juice #22 and Lunch Juice #23

Our breakfast and Lunch juices were great and refreshing. We don’t juice a lot over the weekend; however, I am finding that I miss the juice during the weekend.

Breakfast Juice #22


  • 2 peeled oranges
  • 1 peeled grapefruit
  • 1 peach cut in fourths (take pit out) 
  • 8 strawberries
  • large handful of spinach
  • 2 carrots


Finished Drink. This drink was a great start to Monday morning. I think next time I might keep the grapefruit out and do two peaches.

Rating: 8/10 for taste and visual 

Lunch Juice #23


  • 2 green apples cut in fourths
  • 15 green grapes
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime (cut in half, you can keep the rind on)
  • 2-3 large handfuls of spinach


Finished drink, we really liked this juice and the lime made it refreshing. I found this recipe online and it’s called Popeye Power. I love this website- Juice Recipes, it provides great explanations of what the drink and ingredients do for you.  I obviously added the grapes and kiwi but it still was a great drink. I printed off a few more recipes I want to try from the website and I will share.

Rating: 8/10 for taste and visual
