So today we had to juices ready to go for Breakfast and Lunch; however, I have been on the go for the last three days for work and have “Had” to go out to eat with co-workers, which has been frustrating because I have juice and love having it.
So what I decided to do is eat a super small light lunch and then I have my juice later in the day. I was unable to finish my juice today due to training and I have to keep my lunch drink for tomorrow.
Breakfast Juice #26
- 1 apple cut in fourths
- 1 peach cut in fourths
- 2 peeled oranges
- 4 carrots
- 8 strawberries
- 1 large handful of spinach
Finished Juice, I like this juice for breakfast because it was flavorful.
Rating: 7/10 for taste and visual
Lunch Juice #27
- 2 peeled kiwi
- 2 green apples
- 8 strawberries
- 1 lime
- 3 carrots
- 1 handful spinach
Finished Juice. I have not tried this one yet and will report back after I drink it for lunch tomorrow promise.
