These were our juices from Wednesday. Sorry I was slacking at my blog posts during the week.
Breakfast Juice #42
- 1 peeled grapefruit
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 handful of spinach
- 4 strawberries
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons of hemp protein
Finished Juice. This was a great morning juice.
Rating: 6/10 for taste and visual
Lunch Juice #43
- 1 cucumber
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 plums (take seed out)
- 1 peeled lime
- 2 beets
- 2 handfuls of spinach
Finished juice. I liked this juice. I am getting to like beets more if they juiced. The lime adds a great kick to the juice.
