Last weekend we had a fun weekend with one of our favorite couples. David, Jake, Carl and I have been having monthly dinners for approximately a year now. We switch off each month and we normally cook a home cooked meal, drink wine, laugh lots and play games. This past weekend we had hung out in Stillwater, MN and did some wine tasting and then they came back to our house for a large assortment of appetizers, wine, games and a sleepover.

For appetizers, I made Pioneer Woman’s Spicy Lemon Garlic Shrimp, buffalo wings and had veggies. David and Jake made this fantastic fresh light salad.

We had a fun night hanging out.
